Now accepting applications for the following positions: Stockroom/Receiving Lead III Responsibilities: Responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of accurately receiving, stocking and issuing parts, cycle counting parts and record keeping activities of all raw-material for Receiving and Main Stores. Responsible for processing internal and external Sales Order requisitions, DMF requisitions and RMA shipment requisitions. Able to organize daily kitting requirements and to set priorities for these work requirements in a detailed and thorough manner. Ability to analyze and reconcile cycle count discrepancies and close open invoice issues from accounting. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Achieve and maintain Main Stores part by part inventory accuracy >95%.Achieve and maintain Receiving part by part inventory accuracy at 100%.Achieve and maintain Main Stores inventory accuracy in dollars at >99%. Works with Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate a thorough, objective and timely annual staff performance appraisal.
Requirements: Knowledge of all Material Control operations and procedures associated with the stockroom and receiving. Ability to use material handling equipment including forklift operation. Demonstrated kitting, work order and shortage report material background. Effective communication skills to coordinate information among Material Handlers, Planners, Buyers. Electrical Engineer Responsibilities: Mizuho OSI, the leading manufacturer of spinal and orthopedic trauma surgery tables, seeks an experienced designer of electrical and electronic systems involving embedded controllers, digital to analog circuit design, DC power supplies, and C-programming. Your focus will be on new and evolutionary product development integrating latest manufacturing technology and regulatory compliance. This is a key role for defining system architecture, detailed circuit design, and manufacturing implementation. Requirements: Requirements include a BSEE, 6+ years hands-on circuit design experience, 3+ years C-programming experience, and fluency with a schematic capture program such as Or CAD. Your skill set should include a range of circuit design, modeling, programming, EMC evaluation, and comprehensive test and debug abilities. As a senior member of the staff you will have project management and FDA compliance responsibility for electrical concerns. In addition, strong written and verbal English communication skills are required with Japanese language skills highly desirable.
Assembler II Responsibilities: Assembler, Major II is the intermediate level. Working under minimal supervision, resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. Assembles major products (e.g. table assemblies) partially or completely, working at bench or on shop floor, as per written instructions. Positions parts according to blueprints. Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners using hand tools and portable powered tools. Operates drill press and hand tools to assist in assembly operations. Completes product packaging as needed.
Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of hand tools. Skill in coordination of hand-eye movements and manual dexterity. Ability to read working assembly drawings and blueprints. Ability to read and follow assembly procedure documents. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience; three to four years of directly related experience.

Participate in review and disposition of non-conforming material and assemblies. Plan and schedule projects in a manner consistent with corporate objectives. Contribute to the intellectual property position of the company via invention and patent application. Identify and qualify outside vendors and consultants as required. Maintain current knowledge of competitive technologies including medical, technical, manufacturing, and materials developments as related to company products. Conduct testing utilizing existing test protocols or create new ones as needed. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely design history documentation, including testing methods. Provide support for the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues. Work with other engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing, quality, and regulatory staff to coordinate pilot production of new products. Requirements: Fluency with a 3D solid modeling package, preferably Solid Edge, and AutoCad software. Adept use of Excel, MS project, Word, and occasionally MathCad. Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities: Provides full support to the Recruiting function. Responsible for following all processes involved in the recruiting/hiring areas of HR. Will work with the HR staff and assist in other special projects or events as necessary. Will interact and work closely with hiring managers while conducting recruitment efforts to inform them of progress. Will interact with all departments in a supporting role. Requirements: Duties are performed while sitting at a desk for long periods of time. Required duties include operating a computer, reading, writing and using a telephone. Walking or standing within the office area may be required for the operation of office equipment and for attending meetings. The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
