Mizuho OSI’s Technical Support Department is designed to keep your equipment in fully functional operating order and to assist your efforts in equipment repair and trouble shooting. We specialize in parts, repair, and technical service for your Mizuho OSI operating room and traction equipment.
For your convenience we offer 3 different ways to contact us to request support, repairs or information.
To request support on-line:
Complete all applicable sections of the web support request form located on the right of this page and hit the submit button. If support request is submitted during business hours a technician will get back to you within 1 hour, depending on call volume. If request is submitted after business hours, we will respond the next business day.
To request support by e-mail:
Send request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If support request is submitted during business hours a technician will get back to you within 1 hour. If request is submitted after business hours, we will respond the next business day.
Please include in email:
1 – Facility name and address
2 – Contact person and phone number
3 – Equipment name, Mizuho OSI part number
and serial number (if applicable)
4 – Nature of problem
