VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP View Orthopedic Top Installation Accessory Clamp Attach Accessory Clamp to the spar near the foot-end with the receiver on the non-operative side of the table. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP 1 Tibia Traction Upright Standard Component Installation and Adjustment Prior to procedure set up, refer to the Standard Component Installation and Adjustment section and complete the required steps. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP 2 Insert the Tibia Traction Upright into the Accessory Clamp from the bottom with receiver facing operative side of table. Traction Unit Standard Component Installation and Adjustment Prior to procedure set up, refer to the Standard Component Installation and Adjustment section and complete the required steps. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP 3 Install the Traction Unit into the Tibia Traction Upright. Foot Plate Attach the foot plate to Traction Unit. The Traction Boot may not be used if an interlocking nail is to be inserted. Apply patient safety strap to table. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP 4 Center Support Board Install the Center Support and secure with locking knob and Center Support Plug. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP 5 Radiolucent Auxiliary Leg Spar Install the Auxiliary Leg Spar to the non-operative side of the table and lock into mount. Ensure the T-Handle on the Leg Spar is facing down. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP 6 Standard Component Installation and Adjustment Prior to procedure set up, refer to the Standard Component Installation and Adjustment section and complete the required steps. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP Patient Instructions Transfer the patient in supine position and secure with patient safety strap. Tibia Support Upright and Tibia Counter Traction Post Install the Tibia Support Upright into the middle of the Center Support Board. Attach Tibia Counter Traction Post and reposition patient on the table. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP 7 Accessory Clamp Attach Accessory Clamp to the Radiolucent Auxiliary Leg Spar. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP 8 Leg Spar Upright and Traction Unit Insert the Leg Spar Upright to the Accessory Clamp medially. Install the Traction Unit on the Leg Spar Upright. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP 9 Traction Boot or Foot Plate with Soft Boot Attach the Traction or Soft Boot with foot plate to the Traction Unit. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP Patient Instructions Place the patient’s operative foot on the Traction Foot Plate attached to the Tibia Traction Upright. Pad and secure the patient’s foot. Universal Side Rail Adaptor and Pivoting Arm Board Mount the Universal Side Rail Adaptor (part not visible) on the non-operative side of the table. Install the Pivoting Arm Board on the Universal Side Rail Adaptor. Standard Component Installation and Adjustment Prior to procedure set up, refer to the Standard Component Installation and Adjustment section and complete the required steps. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP 11 Clark Socket and Cross Arm Support Mount a Universal Side Rail Adaptor on the non-operative side of the table at the Head-end. Mount a Clark Socket on the Universal Side Rail Adaptor and insert the Cross Arm Support in the Clark Socket and tighten the knob.
