When we install your table, train your staff on set-up and use, and provide ongoing education, service and support, it will be based on your individual needs versus some formulaic process.

You’ll see what makes us different even before your new table arrives. We’ll call to coordinate a convenient day and time for your delivery. On the day of delivery, our expert team will be on-site when the truck arrives to unpack it, set it up in the OR, and test it so it’s ready to use. We aren’t satisfied until you’re satisfied.

    Once your table is up and running, your Mizuho OSI account manager will schedule an in-service training with your team, based on your schedule, to make sure your OR staff is comfortable operating the table and all its features.

    You’ll also find a variety of educational resources including how-to videos, illustrated guides providing clinical applications and articles in the resources section.

      Our customers experience a 95% up-time. When you need us Mizuho OSI’s Technical Support team is here to keep your equipment fully functional and to assist you in equipment repair and troubleshooting from the second you call us. Over 80% of our calls are answered in less than 30 seconds and our average service cycle is 2 days from the time you call to the moment you are back up and running. 

      Annual preventative maintenance (US only)

      A field service engineer will inspect up to 65 checkpoints and service your Mizuho OSI table. Labor and parts are included for any service needed during the full service contract period, with the exception of unintended misuse or expendable normal wear items.  This inspection is included for as long as your table is covered under the one-year Mizuho OSI warranty or a full service contract.

        As with any significant investment, your Mizuho OSI equipment is an asset worth protecting. Mizuho OSI’s comprehensive service plan includes service calls, travel, labor, and parts/material.

          Mizuho OSI warranty

          We guarantee all of our products for one full year from the date of shipment from Mizuho OSI, for defects in material and workmanship with the exception of products which are obsolete, misused, altered, or damaged. Defective merchandise will be credited or replaced.
