Torso Trolley^® Installation 1. Table Preparation and Connecting IntelliPendant^® Roll the table to where it will be used and orient the Head-End of the table in the room where the anesthesiologist work station is located. Plug the power cord of the ProAxis Base into a properly grounded receptacle. Connect the IntelliPendant to the port on the Head-End column. Press the Power Switch and observe that the switch illuminates with a green ring indicating that power is applied to the table. Torso Trolley^® Installation 2. Install Rail Mounts for Torso Trolley Slide the Right and Left Rail Mounts onto the corresponding Head-End sections of the Hinged Frame. The nipple will engage the bracket, locking the Rail Mount in place. Torso Trolley^® Installation 3. Connect Cable Connectors Connect the cable connector extending from the right and left Rail Mounts to the port on the corresponding side of the Head-End Assembly. Torso Trolley^® Installation 4. Install Chest Tray (Torso Trolley) Orient the Chest Tray over the posts of the Rail Mounts and lower into place. The Chest Slide can be placed anywhere on the Rail Mounts that allows the posts to sit between the teeth of the Chest Slide. The Chest Tray may be moved up or down the length of the Rail Mounts by simultaneously squeezing the grips of the Chest Tray and moving it to the desired location. Release both grips to lock the Chest Tray into place. Torso Trolley^® Installation Visibility of the yellow strips on the Rail Mounts indicate that Chest Tray is not properly engaged with the Rail Mounts, which will prevent it from sliding correctly during hinge motion. Failure to ensure the Chest Tray is correctly mounted may result in harm to the patient or the device. Torso Trolley^® Installation 6. Attach Chest Pad to the Chest Tray Orient the opening of the pad bracket so it surrounds the lower surface of the Chest Tray. Slide onto the Chest Tray until the tab of the bracket is secure on the tray. The indentation in the pad for the supra-sternal notch should be oriented towards the Head-End of the table. Confirm the tab of the bracket is secure on the tray. Torso Trolley^® Installation 7. Install Articulating Arm Boards Slide the Articulating Arm Board Mounting Brackets into each opening of the bracket on the underside of the Chest Tray. Advance the bracket fully and tighten the corresponding T-handle. Standard Component Installation and Adjustment Prior to procedure set up, refer to the Standard Component Installation and Adjustment section and complete the required steps. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP Insert the arm board assembly into the Arm Board Bracket and tighten the T-handle on the bracket to secure it in place. 7.
