Installation
With the Traction Arc in its stowed position on the cart, lower the table to its lowest height and roll the cart up to the Foot-End of the Base. The cart wheel extensions should straddle the Foot-End base.
Standard Component Installation and Adjustment
Prior to procedure set up, refer to the Standard Component Installation and Adjustment section and complete the required steps.

Position the cart so the attachment holes on the arc are directly above the attachment pins on the Foot-End crossbar.

Installation
Slowly raise the table and guide the two crossbar pins into the attachment holes in the arc. When the attachment pins are seated into the attachment holes, secure the arc with a T-pin.

Using the T-handle of the “Centering Pin”, tighten the bullet-nosed centering pin into the receiving hole in the Foot-End crossbar until securely held and allow the T-handle to drop below the level of the Foot-End cover.

Raise the table until the arc is raised above the cart. Remove the cart.

Remove Patient Transfer Board (PTB) after transferring patient to the table.
Safety strap(s) (FF) must be used on patient at all times.
Procedure Preparations
Mizuho OSI’s Femoral Hooks and Femoral Hook Support must be cleaned and sterilized according to your hospital’s washing, decontamination, and sterilization procedures before each use.
