and Orthopedic Top Installation Base Preparation and Connecting IntelliPendant® Plug the power cord of the Trios Table Base into a properly grounded receptacle. Connect the IntelliPendant to the port on the Head-End column. Standard Component Installation and Adjustment Prior to procedure set up, refer to the Standard Component Installation and Adjustment section and complete the required steps. VIEW NOW CONTINUE WITH SETUP Power Status and Table Level Indicators Press the Power/Standby switch to turn the table on. The ring on the Power/Standby switch should be illuminated green. Confirm the 180 Degree Rotation Lock indicator lights on the Head-End and Foot-End Columns are not illuminated. Confirm the Level indicator light is illuminated green. If the indicator light is not lit, use the IntelliPendant to bring the table to level. Base Preparation
and Orthopedic Top Installation Movement of Slide Assembly To install the Trios Orthopedic Trauma Top, remove any Towers that may be attached to the Crossbars if the Trios Table Base was previously used with a different table top. Press the Return to Level button on the IntelliPendant to return the table to its Home position. The Head-End Column has a Slide Assembly that adjusts to accommodate Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg. Fully retract the Slide Assembly to allow adequate space for a table top to be installed. and Orthopedic Top Installation Proper Installation of Top Requires Two People With the assistance of two people, lift the Trios Orthopedic Trauma Top just above the Crossbars at the Head-End and Foot-End of the Trios Table Base. The alignment pin on the underside of each end of the table should align with the slot on the top of each Crossbar. Base Preparation
and Orthopedic Top Installation Proper Top and Pin Alignment Lower the Foot-End of the table top so that the pin on the underside of the table top slides into the slot on the top of the Foot-End Crossbar. Lower the Head-End of the table top so that the pin on the underside of the table top slides into the slot on the top of the Head-End Crossbar. Adjust the Head-End Column Slide Assembly as needed to connect the Head-End of the table top. Base Preparation
and Orthopedic Top Installation Thumb Locks on Head-End and Foot-End Press the thumb locks on the Head-End and Foot-End of the table top to lock each end in place. Lift up on the handle at each end of the table to verify that it does not move. Base Preparation
and Orthopedic Top Installation Base Preparation and Top Installation Complete The Orthopedic Trauma Top is now properly installed on the Trios Table Base and the patient pad can be installed. Do not attempt to rotate the table by unlocking the 180 Degree Rotation Lock Handle while the top is attached to the Base. Rotating the table with the top installed could result in damage to the table, possible injury to the patient, or harm to the healthcare professionals. Base Preparation
